Wolfscastle Country Hotel
The Wolfscastle Country Hotel & Allt yr Afon Restaurant, a former vicarage nestling in the lush Mid Pembrokeshire countryside, is still known locally by its original name “Allt yr Afon” (“Wooded Hill by the River”).
Very much a family affair, in ambience and character, guests regularly compliment us on the hotel’s warm welcome and friendly atmosphere which, combined with good service, twenty comfortable bedrooms and delicious food, guarantees a memorable experience.
Popular with business and holiday travellers alike, we’re within easy reach of the county’s main towns, and in a great location for exploring the St. Davids Peninsula, Preseli Mountains and attractions of South Pembrokeshire. Hotel reception is always happy to offer travel and holiday advice.
Wolfscastle has been consistently awarded an AA Rosette for culinary excellence, and is open 7-days a week, year-round for lunch and dinner. Two course lunches start at £11. Non-residents are always very welcome. The new Brasserie style dining area, opening April 2013, will offer meals in a relaxed, modern environment. Join us for Steak Night every Thursday from 6:30pm for Welsh steaks with all the trimmings from £11.95. See www.wolfscastle.com for menus and more information.
